Generations Construction is in Downey, Ca doing an exterior remodel.
The remodel began by removing and replacing a faulty sprinkler system. Doing this in order to cutting into the grass line to make way for an attractive new walkway. After grading the grounds for cement making a curved walkway around the house.Adding large river rocks to form planting beds and to covering existing brick steps. Lighting up the planters with Malibu lights, sensor overhead lights lights and a complete security system. Followed by adding small hand cut river rocks around the doorway. There was falling stucco around the house due to water exposure, so we had to patch 2 feet off the ground. Then Generations Construction paintied the once cobalt blue house into a calm cream color. Under there carport, posts were reinforce and concealed with stucco. Last piece of the puzzle was making custom side gates that our customer designed. The entire remodel took 3 week and the family was just a delight to work with.
